Topic of the Week

Students are expected to make one post per week based on the Topic for their particular class. The submissions are due every Friday by 11:59 p.m. Each submission should be a paragraph response with thoughtful answers.

Submissions should be done in the following format:

the use of angles can be seen in many places in the real world. Every building has exact angles in order to keep them structurally sound. If these angles were not exact, the building would not be safe. Angles are also found in the development of roads. Many intersections meet at 90 degree angles. This is done so that every person on the road can see if traffic is coming. People in the military have to work with angles on a daily basis. Tanks have to determine the correct angle to shoot a shell or they will not hit a target. When an airplane takes off or lands, they have to come in or out at the correct angle or else they will crash.
